Shipping Policy

Time away starting July 7, 2023

Please note:

Shipping is currently unavailable at this time. Any orders placed between July 7-15 will be shipped starting the 17th of July. We apologize for the inconvenience & we appreciate your support!

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The shipping notification will include a link to track your order. Tracking will be available approx. 24-48 hours.

*Possible delays may occur due to sales events, special occasions (i.e. Christmas) and/or due to circumstances out of our control (i.e. COVID-19).

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@laceunited.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

United States & Worldwide: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lace United is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
